• Cancellations by Client:

  • If you cancel 3 days or more before the scheduled service, you may receive a refund minus a $10 admin fee.

  • Cancellations made within 5-10 days of the service date are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a service once if requested at least 2 days in advance, subject to availability.

• Cancellations by Us: If we must cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or the option to move your booking to a new date.

• Completed Services: Once a service is delivered (consulting session, photoshoot, design work, etc.), it is non-refundable.

• Digital Deliverables: Any digital work, files, or materials provided as part of a service are considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.
